Every week we'll be following and naming the hottest 25 bars, pubs and clubs in Sydney, scouting the most innovative new openings for review, profiling the entrepreneurs behind them and championing the little bars making the biggest noise in town.
We'll be rattling cages, ruffling feathers and raffling prizes beyond mere meat trays. More than a mag, we're a molotov cocktail - a guiding light out of the dark ages.

All you need to do is fill in the form below and tell us the name and location of establishments you think Sydney should know about. We'll be sending out our best undercover reviewers to check out the bars you nominate.
If you think there is something noteworthy that we need to investigate, be it great beer, watered down spirits, or German backpackers then include it and we will make sure we review the heck out of it.
Your votes will fuel the inaugural Time Out Bar Awards, to be announced later in 2008.
